European Union Case Law

European Union Court Reports are reports of case law published by the Court of Justice, the General Court, and the European Union Civil Service Tribunal. The Court Reports are published in all official languages of the European Union.

On this page you will find general sources of EU case law and resources for finding the official publications of particular judicial bodies.
