This guide is designed to be used as a primer on conducting legal research in Michigan. The sources of law in Michigan are individually highlighted, followed by subsequent sections outlining the major resources for all types of Michigan laws. Sections include resources for legislation and legislative history, case law, court rules, practice materials such as manuals and forms, and administrative and agency documents.
