Note: There is no separately searchable file in WestLaw for Federal Practice Digests. Instead, search for cases by topic/key number at the link referred to above. Once you identify a topic/key number, you can specifically search for Federal District (Trial) Court, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and/or the United States Supreme Court opinions.
