Good with Words:Speaking and Presenting is a course created by Professor Patrick Barry to help students develop a skill that is essential to the professional world but unfortunately undertaught in many professional schools: speaking clearly and compellingly in front of a wide range of audiences. Professor Barry joined the Law School after earning his law degree from the University of Chicago—where he won the Wayne Booth Prize for Teaching Excellence—and his Ph.D. in English from the University of Michigan. He has created a similar "Good with Words" course that focuses on writing and editing.
The videos in the series have been filmed and edited by Brian Genoa.
