Graduates of the University of Michigan Law School have been making their mark on the world since 1860. We wanted to offer biographical information on each and every graduate, but had to limit our research efforts. Therefore the Law School Students section of our History and Traditions website contains biographies of only some graduates. The purpose of this guide it is to point you to the sources that may provide biographical information on University of Michigan Law School alumni.

Use the tabs at the top of page and the links to the left to navigate through the research guide. An outline of each page is displayed in bold, black lettering in the box to the left of the page you are on.
