If you need representation in court, legal documents drawn up, or advice on a legal matter, there are several ways to find help. The following sources of legal guidance are on this page:

  • Michigan Legal Help is a guide to finding legal advice or representation.
  • State Bar of Michigan is the organization of which all attorneys practicing in Michigan must be a member.
  • Legal Aid Clinics provide low- or no-cost legal services to qualifying clients. Law students represent clients under professional supervision and counsel.
